This year’s event on November 19 at the Cabrillo Pavilion features an exclusive cocktail reception and panel discussion on how the American Cancer Society’s partners are crucial to the delivery of our mission throughout the Central Coast.
As we look forward to returning to our gala format in 2027, this special 2026 evening focuses directly on bringing together the Santa Barbara community to advance our shared mission around access to care and early detection.

While we serve all communities and industries, we are taking steps to address the unique needs of sectors like agriculture and construction, as well as the needs of rural communities where cancer care gaps have been most pronounced.
These represent some of our largest workforces, and by addressing barriers such as limited access to screenings, transportation challenges, and health literacy, we’re ensuring that cancer care is within reach for all. At the same time, we’re proud to fund cancer research at UCSB, advancing groundbreaking work that will directly impact our local communities and help shape a healthier, cancer-free future for the entire region.
